Thank you for choosing Thompson Home Inspection, LLC. I take my responsibility to provide you with a clear and accurate Home Inspection very seriously. Please let me know if there are any questions regarding your inspection time, report, and/or payment options. Here are some important things to remember when booking an inspection:
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of inspection. I take cash, check, debit/credit cards. If you or the person purchasing the inspection report cannot be present for the inspection then I will send an invoice via email that can be paid via debit/credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that cancellations need to be made 36 hours before the scheduled appointment so that I can have an opportunity to fill the available spot. Appointments not cancelled 36 hours before will be charged 30% of the inspection fee.
